  1. ALMECH s.c. based in Radom shall be the Controller of your Personal Data.

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • performance of contract (legal basis - contract concluded - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
    • fulfilling public-law obligations - tax (US) (basis - legal obligation to which the Controller is subject - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
    • fulfillment of legally legitimate interests of the controller consisting in establishing claims or in defending against claims (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  4. Other entities to whom we are obliged to transfer data under applicable laws may be the recipients of your personal data, as well as entities acting in cooperation or providing services to us (courier company, accounting, legal services).
  5. Period of processing of Personal Data by purpose:
    • performance of contract – the data shall be processed for the duration of the contract and after its completion for the period of limitation of any claims referred to in the Civil Code;
    • carrying out financial reporting and issuing invoices – the data shall be processed for a period of 5 years counting from the end of the fiscal year in which the financial document was issued;
    • Pursuit of claims – the data shall be processed for the period of limitation of any claims referred to in the Civil Code;
    • execution of complaint rights - the data shall be processed for the duration of the contract and after its completion for the period of limitation of any claims referred to in the Civil Code;
    • fulfilment of legal obligations – the data shall be processed until the relevant obligations are fulfilled;
    • for internal administrative purposes of ADO – the data shall be processed̨ until the fulfillment of ADO's legitimate interests or until the data subject raises an objection;
    • Direct marketing – the data shall be processed until the data subject raises an objection
  6. Your rights
    • Right of access for the data subject – Article 15 GDPR. As data subject, you have the right to request́ information about processing of your data and a copy of your data.
    • Right to rectification – Article 16 GDPR. As the data subject, you have the right to request from the controller the rectification or update of your personal data.
    • Right to erasure – Article 17 GDPR. As data subject, you have the right to request the controller to erase your personal data processed without a legal basis or placed on ADO websites.
    • The right to restrict data processing – Article 18 GDPR. As data subject, you may request to suspend any operation on your data.
    • Right to data portability– Article 20 GDPR. As data subject, you may request the transfer of data to another designated Controller.
    • As data subject, you may object to the processing of your data at any time. However, keep in mind that ALMECH s.c. as the Controller, after reviewing your request, may deny your request to fulfill your rights, if there is legal basis for processing your data and such legal basis overrides your interests.
    • The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing in the case of data processing based on consent to process personal data - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

    • The right to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, If you believe that the processing of your Personal Data violates the provisions of GDPR.   7. Submission of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the realization of the aforementioned purposes. In the case of failure to provide data, it is impossible, for example: to present an offer, and as a result, to conclude a contract / establish cooperation or process a complaint.
